The more we hear and see of Dee-1, the more we feel compelled to give him props for interjecting knowledge and upliftment into the genre of Hip Hop. After all, Hip Hop was a solution to the blight inner city youth faced. It seems that so many artists have forgotten how powerful the medium can be to positively impact young people’s lives.
