Milwaukee artist, Klassik, is the living embodiment of musical versatility. Elements of Hip Hop, Jazz, R & B, Funk, and Soul are sprinkled throughout his platinum pot of tantalizing tunes & stirred into one melodic stew of creativity and innovation.

His new project, the “Winter EP,” is actually one portion of a much larger enterprise called “Seasons.” In other words, fans will be treated to new EPs from the prolific entertainer during the Spring, Summer, and Autumn months as well. It sounds like an ambitious endeavor, but Klassik is more than up to the task.

“Winter EP” is comprised of three powerful songs. The first, “STRNGRS,” possesses an “industrial” sound and texture to its multi-layered construction. Klassik employs an elastic flow over the hard driving beat, as he punctuates lyrics with playful onomatopoeia & energizes each verse with an electric delivery. Without a doubt, it’s an eye-opening track… One that immediately pulls in the listeners & prepares them for the musical gems that follow.

Klassik’s otherworldly production skills transport us to another universe with “Andromeda”(Featuring BoneLang). The musician continues to manipulate rhythms, bending them to his will as he forcefully leads fans into an emotional tailspin of intense drama and unbridled aural ecstasy.

“Mind Over Matter”(Featuring Oye)closes out the collection with an intentionally downbeat track that encourages listeners to “take your time.” Well, time AND effort are EXACTLY what Klassik placed into the creation of the “Winter EP.” It’s a platter of hits that will be cherished by longtime fans & newcomers alike. If the weather outside is getting you down, you can always warm up with quality music. Klassik’s “Winter EP” most definitely brings the heat!
