Yasiin Bey is set to leave South Africa Tuesday night after apologizing for using a false passport in January. The government has now dropped its charges after his arrest & granted the artist a valid passport, but he is now on an “undesirable persons” list with South African administration. Yasiin’s attorneys will attempt to appeal that status when he returns to the U.S.
