He’s one of the few lyricists out there who makes us rewind after we say to ourselves, “Wait a minute, did he REALLY say that?!?” An emcee this accomplished needs a dope producer to back him up…so of course, Crate Divizion’s own Vic Grimes serves up the soundscape to this ill slice of “Rum Cake.” All we’re saying is, take a bite and get drunk off the skills.
