That’s the case with ALL HAIL Y.T. whose rapid growth on the mic emerges in leaps and bounds between each successive project. When you rhyme as incredibly as Y.T. you need an amazing producer to provide a powerful sonic punch to your flow. That’s why TONE BEATZ proved to be an excellent choice with his superb audio craftsmanship & mastery of the boards. To top things off, it’s always good to have a few all-star features on your new project & who better than LEFT LANE DIDON & JAY NICE? On “Charlatan’s Ruse” the trifecta of terror supply Tone’s ominous track with a breathtaking bestowment of top tier rhymes. Y.T., Left & Jay deliver back to back bars that slaughter everything in sight. Other n***as wanna rap but they ain’t doing s**t. This crew’s allergic to wack verses & we are too!
3) ROYCE DA 5’9 & WESTSIDE GUNN are two of the most heralded MCs in the game…and for good reason! On their supremely soulful collabo “Overcomer,” concrete bars & visionary verses coalesce to form a gem that can only be described as “heavenly hardcore!” It’s something more than a vibe. It’s something more than a feeling. But you can definitely call it dope!
4) ALL HAIL Y.T. is a stealth assassin on the mic. That fact is proven by the way he swept in and dominated 3 prime spots on the countdown. Further evidence can be found on another high level heater from “The Spoils of Babylon, “Black Bond!” TONE BEATZ engages in a covert operation to keep your body moving on the dancefloor while our favorite underground super spy launches into clandestine activities…before materializing on the scene to murder your entire set! If ya haven’t heard, the new 007 is black. Walk away. Don’t even wince. Y.T.’s the future of the underground. We’re completely convinced!
5) OBSERVE SINCE ’98 summons the full intensity of his production powers & endows mic savages SULLYNOMAD x HAZE with a hotbed of audio extravagance on “Opium Smoke!” The Lyrical Lords deliver high impact bars in the booth while leaving massive craters in their wake. Watch as they bully everyone in sight. No one can stop them. Only a fool would ever try.
6) FRANK’S VINYL RECORDS hits ya with another dazzling display of underground heat & this time ROME STREETZ x LUCA MOUSTACHES are at the forefront of the action! 2 joints are featured on the platter but “Free Slim” was the one that caught our attention. Luca supplies a bouncy rhythm & esoteric grooves that prepare Rome for liftoff! The supreme street reporter tells the tale of Slim’s obsession with the hustle & how it ultimately led to his downfall. Rome brings so much energy to this dark tale that you never want him to stop rhyming. It’s Rome’s commitment to his craft that makes him a success. The mic skills he possesses ensure longevity.
7) Enter the darkside as THEREALSKITSO x TONEYBOI join forces for a hardcore heater called “Get My Thug On!” TRS excels on the production & lyrical tip with grimy aesthetics that blow the whole b**ch apart! Toney Boi then contributes smooth, self-assured bars that intimidate the competition into leaving the game! Fake gangstas run and hide. Justice served. In this world only the real G’s survive!
8) ALL HAIL Y.T. dropped a masterpiece with his new album “The Spoils Of Babylon” & brought rhyme animal ETO along for the glorious ride on the TONE BEATZ powered master gem “Royal Flush!” The jazzy soundscape might get you in the mindset for dancing but the lyrical content is strictly hardcore. If you think it takes a certain amount of genius to conjure music this dope you’re absolutely right. Brilliant is a word that shouldn’t be idly tossed around but these sonic titans fit the bill!
9) In 2019, SNOTTY gave you a taste of his impressive skills on the mic…but in 2020, this muthaf***a SNAPPED!!! Over a magnificently crafted INFLUENCE track, the rising rhyme renegade gets grittier & more gully than the gutters in Times Square! Ain’t nothin’ clean about this s**t! It’s raw, unpolished & fittingly titled. The joint will leave a permanent stain on your brain. Get your hands burned on “Dirty Pots!”
10) AL-DOE continues to be underrated but we get the feelin’ he doesn’t give a f**k! The hardcore lyricist has a history of dropping some of the best joints on the underground…and this track’s no exception! The SPANISH RAN powered “Residue” is a major highlight from their current project “The White Tape” with its take no prisoners soundscape and unforgiving bars! S**t gets real spooky when these two enter the building. For a muthaf***a who claims to not even “like rapping” this n***a sure can flow!!!
