Insomniac Magazine has covered the culture since the 1990s, providing a platform, including online, for lyrical and production artisans unlikely to get coverage on commercial radio or mainstream media. Decades later, the dedication to bolster the sounds of the underground is still unwavering. With that said, it’s that time again. Get ready to roll a bounty of talent and supreme steez on another edition of Insomniac Magazine’s Hip Hop Top Ten.
