The J.O.D. produced masterwork filters through the speakers with waves of nostalgia & a dreamlike quality that summons an instant state of reflection. LLD & #TheWinners word assassin deliver dope rhymes while confirming that the hustle continues. Rush hour has never felt this good! Other emcees need to stay out their lane!
3) STEVE SPIFFLER crafts an irresistible soul gem and enlists Gold Chain royalty, TRISTATE & PLANET ASIA, to bless the track with top of the line rhymes. “Trophy Case” contains ill flows and witty wordplay that will make you rush to hit the rewind button! Bars like these never go out of style. They simply get better with time!
4) BUDDY LEEZLE drops a “Coldwave” on the competition by enlisting CRIMEAPPLE, RECOGNIZE ALI, REEF THE LOST CAUZE & DJ SOULBUCK for some Karnate powered action! The emcees put the game on freeze while Soulbuck takes an icepick to the 1 & 2’s and shuts down the whole affair! It ain’t a Nor’easter b***ch! It’s the underground! Y’all n***as better bundle up!
5) SUPREME SNIPER brings Enigmatiko laced heat to the listeners while rippin’ the mic with LEX & DADDIE NOTCH on “Rugged Ruff Raw!” The track is straight up TERROR! Each lyric signals pure destruction to the competition with the death knell being represented by the ominous bassline that cradles the beat. You wanted your Hip Hop hardcore! This crew will bring it to you!
6) DAVE EAST teams up with VADO for some street approved Mike Kuz produced insanity called “God Bless The Summer!” The lyricists keep s**t grimy as they get cinematic on a crime tale Scorsese couldn’t imagine in his wildest dreams. Prepare for your descent to Hell. Dave East provides the soundtrack for your downfall.
7) MAINTHEVILLAN teams up with RAHIM SAMAD to exact “Truck Turner’s Revenge” on all wack rappers with an M Phazes produced mastercut called “Redemption!” The rhymes are top notch & the grooves are tight as listeners get treated to a soul explosion of sonic excellence! If these guys ever released anything less than stellar all is forgiven. Their past transgressions have been erased & the crew is redeemed!
8) BUTTERKNIFE HAIRCUTS lays down the sonic groundwork for JOHN JIGG$ savage wordplay on “Grecian Numerals!” Hardcore beats overtake our senses & dominate the proceedings in a rapid-fire, unrelenting fashion. John takes the track to the top! Best believe he’ll never let it go!
9) ALIANO x JAKK WONDERS give fans an inside look into their origin as a duo on the brand new banger, “Let The Story Begin!” If there’s a crew you can always depend on it’s this one as they continue to deliver the best bars & boom bap on the scene. Travel back into time & enjoy the ride!
10) We love leaving you with a banger & this week we definitely have one in the form of POETIC KILLA’s CHRIS RIVERS & SCARZ featured monster joint, “Lyrical Warfare!” The M.E.P produced heater inspires the emcees to mercilessly assault the track until it begs for mercy! The battle rages on until all mics are left smokin’!
