1) CONWAY & BIG GHOST are both known for creating sonic blueprints absorbed & emulated by the Hip Hop community. When they first teamed up for “Griselda Ghost” (w/ WESTSIDE GUNN) the result was magic…so why not break the underground by doing it again?!? “No One Mourns The Wicked” keeps with tradition by flaunting a stellar 9 track showcase of concrete rhythms & rhymes. On “Bricks To Murals,” The Machine describes his phoenix-like rise from the ashes. If you thought his near-death experience might’ve humbled him over time, Conway reassures listeners ain’t nothin’ changed by relentlessly mocking the competition: “F**k that gangsta s**t in your raps/People ain’t even buy it/P***y you stay away from beef/you on a vegan diet!” Big Ghost backs up the GxFR juggernaut with a demonically spooky soundscape that finds Jesus midway through the action & transforms into a gospel revival! If you even THINK about steppin’ to these two heavy hitters may God save your soul!
2) DON STREAT lets ya know what life was like before “The Drought” on a cinematic “Streat Status” banger produced by HOBGOBLIN! Baggin’ up duffels was the order of the day & the money kept pourin’ in when times were good…but now that ish’s dried up the streets are more savage than ever! Don perfectly captures the intensity of the situation with his meticulous bars while HG’s dope production ratchets up the heat!
3) BOOB BRONX is smashin’ windpipes on a FURIO finessed banger called “Breathing Room!” An ominous, otherworldly groove sets things up for a lyrical bloodbath effortlessly dished out by the rhyme ripper. Killin’ everything in sight is what ya do when you murder the mic. Turn up the volume & check out the power spitter in action!
4) TONE LIV x TRU MENTILLZ shower listeners with heavy bars & high-energy production on a brand new gem titled “This Ain’t Rocket Science!” It takes a certain genius to navigate around a track this funky but Tone is definitely up to the task. Some race to the finish line and still fall short of their goals. But Tone & Tru are steady going the distance!
5) CONWAY x BIG GHOST send out a warning to all the thugs, gangsters, and hustlers on a compelling head nodder called “S.D.L.N.” ‘Streets Don’t Love Nobody’ puts the entire underworld on notice! Over understated (but DEADLY) production, Conway informs assorted criminals & kingpins that they shouldn’t mistake their clout for protection. Anyone can get it in these streets & there are plenty of blood-soaked sidewalks as evidence.
6) MILANO CONSTANTINE drops new self-produced heat & enlists SMOKE DZA for a double dose of damage! “Winston Wolf” is the title track of an upcoming EP(dropping June 5th; mixed and mastered by DJ SKIZZ)that promises to be a Hip Hop highlight of the year. It’s all about head cracks & dope raps as the crew keep the kids on their toes!
7) You know what the f**k it is! PRO ZAY x GRUBBY PAWZ dive into the murky depths of a real life Hell on a dark track called “Figure”(featuring stellar cuts by DJ REC ONE). The intoxicating selection showcases Pro at the apex of his raspy brilliance. With unremitting aggression, the mic savage expertly conveys the pressures & paranoia that come with a fast rise in the dope game. G.P. delivers a gloriously grimy ambiance; complete with recurring death chords to remind you of the situation’s severity. Listen to this joint at your own risk. Ya best to respect the brand & PRESS PLAY!
8) PAD SCIENTIST drops a carefully constructed selection that sounds like the sonic backdrop of a Renaissance fair…then unleashes CHUCK CHAN, GENERALBACKPAIN & SUBSTANCE810 to get medieval on dat ass! “Orange” (ft. dope cuts by DJ GRAZZHOPPA)finds the verbal artisans skillfully traversing the track while fans listen in awe. Each MC rips the joint to pieces & Substance810 makes a spectacularly impressive splash by gettin’ “Gymnastic with the bars!” If you’re talkin’ that ish you need to stop but if you want REAL Hip Hop you’ll find it right here!
9) CA$ABLANCA joins forces with the BLVCK KHEMIST triumvirate of MR. RIPLEY, LOST POET & KINCEE on the CAP CHINO crafted banger “Alchemy!” Their potent elixir of high-level lyricism induces listeners to keep the track on REPEAT while furiously pumpin’ up the decibels. No mystical entities are responsible for this perceived manifestation of sonic sorcery. It’s just Hip Hop baby. You asked & they delivered!
10) DEUCE HENNESSY x ONAJE JORDAN send us off with “Death To The Fascist” and who better to ride out to than the heralded HomeTeam? D.H. shows no mercy on the mic & brings doom to all wack emcees runnin’ off at the mouth. The lyrical mastermind lavishes fans with explosive bars that showcase his charisma & easily decimate the competition. Onaje’s production gifts amplify the entire extravaganza. He cradles consumers in a sea of sonic ecstasy and establishes a brand new benchmark for his outstanding career.
