2) MEYHEM LAUREN & DARINGER are aiming for album of the year with another ill “Black Vladimir” banger called “Trigger Point Therapy!” The great WESTSIDEGUNN features heavily on the cut(& he throws down like a prizefighter in the ring)before “the world travelling, gold medalist” stomps a mudhole into the entire arrangement!!! If ya think that’s an easy task you better think again cause Daringer is pullin’ out all the stops!!!

3) THE LOX’s SHEEK LOUCH, JADAKISS & STYLES P are on FIRE as they flip PE’s classic “Terminator X To The Edge Of Panic” track on its ear & make it their own!!! “Terminator LOX” isn’t just a song. It’s a reminder that true legends of Hip Hop are still very active in the game & they can bust your ass any day or night!!! You’ll never have the skills to get close to any of their accomplishments! Just put your headphones on & reflect on your miserable existence!

4) DANGER MOUSE & BLACK THOUGHT team up with CONWAY THE MACHINE to throw some “Saltwater” in the veins of the opposition!!! Over ill space age type steez, Thought & The Machine drop lyrical bombs over enemy terrain then terrorize all villagers left lurking around! “They heard me rhymin’/they wanna know where they find me at/the grimy cat from the May Street trenches/Insomniac…” That’s right. It’s another Top 10 win & you can find ’em right here!

5) YOUR OLD DROOG is redesigning the rap game with an animated audio heater called “The Simpsons!” WINO WILLY’s behind the boards for this funky “Yodney Dangerfield sizzler that finds the misunderstood mic king droppin’ dope lines like “It’s not too many that can f**k wit’ me/dudes be havin’ 20 writers on one song/that’s joint custody!” You know you’re in for a good time anytime Droog’s in town. He may not get any respect but he gets much love on this list!

6) When you get to the heart of the matter, it’s apparent CORMEGA & HAVOC are “Essential” to the survival of Hip Hop! On the majestic banger, Mobb Deep’s production mastermind blesses the lyrical king with a triumphant arrangement that triggers him to question the loyalty of his closest friends & associates. Who truly has unconditional love for the rhyme mastermind? It’s not our place to answer…but all traitors will be erased from existence.

7) It’s another job “Well Done” as KHRYSIS & THE MUSALINI link up with IZZY HOTT & IAN KELLY for a “Pure IZM” power heater for the ages!!! The three supreme spitters flex serious lyrical gymnastics on the soulful soundscape and fuel Khrysis’ magnificent arrangement with high octane energy for the underground! If you think you’ve heard it all it’s time to tuck your pride & check out the smooth sizzler below!!!

8) G FAM BLACK & BOFAAT scan the underground landscape & join forces with BLESS PICASSO for laid back sonic steez called “I See!” We’re used to hearing G Fam over aggressive audio heat so this one caught us by surprise…and GOTDAMN, we love it!!! The vocal contrast over BoFaat’s funky ass beat makes this track a high caliber joint we’ll keep on rewind!

9) COMET MADMEN & TONE SPLIFF hit ya wit’ top tier street fundamentals for a powerhouse cut called “Premium Edition!” The second an ominous bassline & massive beat bumrush your speakers it becomes clear you’re in the path of DANGER! Don’t expect the sonic juggernauts to push you out of harm’s way. They’ll snatch ya up by the throat & shove you into the line of fire!!!

10) Every “Once In A Bloo,” BLOO AZUL & SPANISH RAN bless us with a new project! On their latest opus, the power duo woke us up with a jazz-oriented mega gem called “Morning Marauders.” The track feels like a hazy Sunday where we’re alone; awash in a sea of reflection. Bloo peers out the window at the concrete prison that he calls home. But there’s no Kurt Russell moment for him…cause New York is a place he’s never escaping.

Well that’s it for this week. Catch ya next time and…DON’T SLEEP!
