Hearing new bars from the late, great GURU over Premo’s flawless production would be nothing short of a dream come true…and that feeling was confirmed when we heard the J.COLE featured joint “Family and Loyalty!” Speaking of feelings, we definitely got emotional when experiencing the gem…or in this case, “freshly cut diamond.” The track itself is superbly constructed. The soundscape delivers a nostalgic vibe with Guru’s vocals providing a powerful force of momentum. Cole adds plenty of high energy to the proceedings. This isn’t a mere work for hire situation. He takes his appearance on the track SERIOUSLY & gives the cut the respect it deserves!
5) PHAROAHE MONCH, DARU JONES & MARCUS MACHADO bring Th1rt3en heat to the masses on a direct hit to the dome called “Palindrome!” The NOTTZ laced sonic explosive is the perfect set up for a round of outrageous lyricism delivered by the Organized Konfusion legend!
