The album is brimming with bold bars paired with spectacular hard hitting audio aesthetics mostly supplied by Kwenu The Nigerian aka Kwenu Beats and cuts by R DUB L.
When asked, Irie shared, “I have a couple beats on the album, but the entire project was inspired by Kwenu’s sound. We may live on different continents, but we speak the same language musically. Especially with an amazing array of emcees to choose from….Each collaborator on here is a person that I admire or have great respect for as an artist.”
The talented audio artisan further shared, “I would like to dedicate this album to my parents who both recently passed away from cancer. This is a bittersweet moment, but their strength and love lives on.”
