Oh, that’s what Hip Hop was born to do decades ago, and it’s refreshing to hear these talents apply their creative gifts to empower the momentum of positive change. Regarding the inspiration for the track, Lou shared that there’s a wave of hatred that’s “become emboldened by the current regime to turn the tables and make themselves into victims while discounting the real victims of discrimination, people of color and women…”
