The Daily News reports that a bail bondsman to celebrities(Katt Williams, Plaxico Burress, Ja Rule, etc)named Ira Judelson is in talks with Fat Joe to make him a spokesman for the JammedUp app when it launches Sept. 1st. Judelson’s app will help locate bondsmen, investigators and lawyers for people who find themselves “jammed up” in serious problems with the law.
