The community lost a powerhouse Hip Hop talent today. Lyrical phenom Fred The Godson tragically succumbed to his fight with COVID-19. The Bronx based emcee was a highly respected favorite of rhyme aficionados, fellow artists, and the community at large. He’s been the focus of countless pieces on Insomniac Magazine throughout the years, including locking in spots on the weekly Top Ten on several occasions. We wish his family and friends our deepest condolences. Rest in peace to Fred The Godson.
