Founding member of iconic Hip Hop group The Roots, Malik B. has passed away. The talented emcee appeared as a member of the legendary Philly group’s first four albums, and as a guest on select albums since. He was also featured on countless projects including singles, soundtracks, mixtapes, compilations and had two solo releases. In a tweet earlier today, The Roots broke the sad news.
