There’s no waiting on long lines or wading through crowds. Clearly, some titles are sold out, and the only place you’ll likely find them will be on Ebay being flipped, but you’re likely to find that there’s still plenty to dig through. Even if you haven’t indulged in the Hip Hop tradition of digging for sonic analog treasures, you might be surprised by your reaction to actually seeing and holding some of the more creatively enhanced masterpieces. The music industry has had to step up their physical game to entice fans to pay for music; sometimes their approach is lackluster. However, if you’re a fan of music, there are enough ingenious and exquisitely designed releases that are sure to sway the most jaded naysayer.
