“Flatbush, Brooklyn’s Godfather Don is quite simply highly underrated Underground Hip-Hop royalty!
This tribute was quite tough as I wanted to showcase his really dope and heavily Jazz based production (Don actually plays in a Jazz group these days) AND mic skills and he actually has more material than most probably know so it’s pretty inevitable that I will offer a second volume in the near future.
So here are some buttery jazz biscuits, some of the cream of the crop, classic joints, demos, rare and unreleased joints plus dope joints he has produced and/or remixed circa 1991-1999.
